I have the same result as radar and Metalstar.
The program seems to detect that il2 is running and the start button is enabled, pressing it seems to do nothing.
I have made the changes to the Conf.ini and entered my IP address
My window is XP SP2, DirectX 9.0c
with Microsoft NET ...
