Hmm, I currently have 2 active mini display port to dvi adaptors.

It looks more likely that I need to buy three entirely new regular DP -> dvi adaptors at around $160nzd on top because I can't source any adaptors that will let me use them in this card..

I am thinking about this card to get rid of tearing as well as hopefully improved AA over the 6970 series (dont know if I will get that?)

Right now I use 2xdvi and one dp with an active adaptor.

How do I hook this up? I guess I need another 2 active adaptors of DP->DVI and 3 three adaptors ...

Bad luck, I have had one report of it working so I guess it's not consistent.

I am going to put in another rig dedicated to flying and keep my current one for racing. I will need another graphics card so I might try the nvidia with 2xdvi and 1 hdmi.

Or so say the release nots for 12.4. I wonder if it works?

So I am guessing that none of the other 7970 cards have enough clocks to use the 2xdvi's and the hdmi together?

Looks like my country may be out of stock of the asus EF6 until beginning of next month. Hoped there would be another option!

I even started looking into motion seating that creates G forces, but most of those chairs are 7-12K in cost! A normal chair and force feedback wheel is good enough for now, LOL.

Hi all, I am thinking of going with a curved screen and three projectors to replace my current setup which is 3x42" 1080p screens and a 23" touchscreen for flight simulator controls/gauges etc.

Phew, a system restore to a point before the tabbing out of game has fixed it. Some setting must have got corrupted.

Glad it takes them by default as I have never played with system restore before.

Actually, I can plug it in to my laptop and that in to my 30" to see if the adaptor is the problem. In some way I wish it ws stuffed so at least I know where the issue is and I can get another, and play! :)

unfortunately not.. I have exhausted all my tricks now and no one I know has an active adaptor to try it out with to test if mine is faulty.. What a bummer.

Yes I am using the apple active adaptor, its been working since I got the card. I sure hope nothing is busted, or if something is it's just the adaptor. It's very sad as you can imagine, I cant play my current favourite game :)
