Re: Mass Effect: Andromeda
Patch 1.06 is out: no proper 21:9 fix.
3D Migoto fix from Helifax still works, I've noticed a little performance hit though (but it also may be windows 10 preparing the system update + my older CPU)
can confirm...

Re: Mass Effect: Andromeda
Being a simple user like you two, and making an educated guess here, I see two common factors:
1. Windows 10 Creators Update
2. AMD card
While I would assume that the latter would be very unlikely, given the wide range of issues that the former still holds, I could safely assume that it would be ...

Game will not start for me either after extracting the files to the ME Andromeda directory. Am I missing something?

Re: Mass Effect: Andromeda
Found another instance where I experience flashes, worse than before: while landing on Havarl, the screen goes black for almost all the landing with brief flashes of the Tempest descending at the beginning, and then showing it at the end.
May it be something with the lighting?
Tried to ...

Re: Mass Effect: Andromeda
I have no idea why you see those flashes. I replayed that section and I have zero flashes there :-s
This fix should eliminate all the flashes that were previous when using FWS.
Going to try again with VSync on just playing the game.
One question: is it normal that shaders takes a bit more of ...

Re: Mass Effect: Andromeda
While it works in dialogues, I had to delete everything: during cutscenes (with dialogues) there's a very BAD black flickering.
This happened specifically in a spoilery part I wouldn't want to write here publicly
Hmm.. can you post a picture somewhere so I can see what the problem is? So far, I ...

Re: Mass Effect: Andromeda
Right guys,
Here is the fix (wrapper + shader) that removes the blackbars in Surround.
Now I haven't tested it on AMD Eyefinity or 21:9. I only run 3D Surround.
But 99% chances are it will work for everyone;) If not, I am sorry

Re: Mass Effect: Andromeda
I did find another fix for the black bars:)
This one doesn't require FWS to work, but our own DX11 wrapper (3DMigoto: m) that we use to create our 3D Vision fixes.
This approach is always consistent and more importantly it solves the "flick" that we see when we move from one scene to another ...

Re: Sherlock Holmes: The Devil's Daughter
Sorry, it was too depressing to even make a DR. The game is so short and the issues so numerous that no good WSGF fairy ever bothered to visit this poor crippled Daughter. SAD!
Oh?
Oh well, game will be put into "ever unbought" category then...
thank you for your prompt reaction regardless ...

Sherlock Holmes: The Devil's Daughter
Hello everyone...
I have so far really enjoyed the Frogware Sherlock Holmes games (despite the common 21:9 issues)
have been holding back on buying Devil's Daughter though... why? re: m
