I take it that this is not a common bug.

My 3D hardware SHOULD run at 3840 x 1024 since it does with FS9 and because Matrox says my card should work.

Thanks, I wasn't sure if it was easily available for download or if I had to call a support number.

Could someone please tell me where I can get the Matrox firmware update for the DTH2GO. (you know, my primary monitor is currently the left one instead of the center one)

I going to be figuring out how to deal with FS9 soon, so I can't yet offer any answers, but have you tried virtual cockpit view? That should look good if you press the hyphen key to zoom out. I prefer the virtual cockpit myself.
