I am using the restored
I am using the restored content mod. UniWS doesn't seem to work after the restored content mod is installed. Is there a way to get the two to work together? Or a way to get widescreen working with the restored content mod? Thanks.

The ATI drivers are very peculiar. They'll add black bars to a 16:9 resoution, but nothing else. And they don't provide any options like the Nvidia drivers. Sorry to say, but until ATI gets its act together, the answer to both questions (at least as far as I know) is no.

Hi, I have two questions:
I'm trying to run some games in widescreen, but since they don't support my displays native rez (1680X1050) I have to run them in a 16:9 rez. like 1280X720. Now the catalyst control panel for my ATI card scales this rez to fit the display just fine. But I would like to ...

Resolution + aspect ratio= confusion!
Thanks, that first link is exactly what I was looking for! I checked the faq, but didn't see all that great info hiding in the features section.
One more question: If a 16:10 rez like 1280X800 is not in my display properties control panel does that mean it is not supported by my ...

Hi, please help me understand something.
I have a Dell 20" that has a native resolution of 1680X150 (thats a 16:10 aspect ratio). Now a lot of games I want to play either don't support this, or wont run well in this resolution. So I am trying to find the closest reslution that is still a 16:10 ...
