I do, it seems like for every 20-35 I set it up it only moves the camera back a little bit. This game is wierd like that for me. 200 feels like ~80-85.

I'll try it for grins. 110 over the default was already a night and day improvement. At least now we can all more or less set this thing the way we want. :)

when i change the fov it does not do anything


EDIT: Correction. It does work.

Even though the .cfg seems to suggest 85 is as high as you can go...or at least that's how I read it...I said the hell with it and put in 110 and it works and it looks a hell of a lot better. It's finally ...

My instincts continue to tell me "wait until Fall" all told especially after the way I've seen the Fermi "launch" go thus far and the reports, while not as bad as could have been, about heat and noise slow me in my tracks a bit as far as getting one of those cards goes.

I'm watching the Fermi scene with increasing discouragement and dismay so with that in the back of my mind I'm starting to look a lot more intently at ATI.

I'll be staying with a single monitor for the forseeable future. 24 inches for now and maybe 30 someday.

Eh, no big surprise. From what i heard of it, it seems that R* doesn't give a rats' ass about this game. The lack of copy protection is a good testament to that.

But it's cheap, it's old, and somehow it made its was to PC. And it looks fun for a few minutes.. I may jsut end up downloading it ...
