Widescreen Gaming Forum

I tried the solution described here and I do get widescreen resolutions, but the highest available one is 1280x800... Which is not really close to the native 1920x1200 of my Dell 2407...

Anybody able to help me out here? Thanks in advance!

I left it out of the DR because a few of us confirmed that changing the camera height does not give a true Hor + but distorts the original perspective.

Where can I find those statements?

I couldn't do anything of the sort.

Strangely enough after a reboot, now everything does work.
Anyway, I'm a happy person now. (even if it's vert-) :p

- Other games do work indeed.
- I see the game running in the taskbar.
- When I run it in a standard mode (1600 x 1200), it works fine.
- I am running windows XP SP2

Mine is more or less the same, except for a firewall line and some volume changes:

AllHealthBars = yes ...

I'm not able to maximize afterwards.

The resolution is the same as the resolution of my desktop: 1920x1200

Everytime I try to use either of the widescreen .ini modifications as mentioned in this thread: http://www.widescreengamingforum.com/node/ The game minimises upon loading. Does anybody know a solution to this?
