| Sure, but that implies that 4:3 is the default. It will want to make people "correct" it to match 4:3, when they should be correcting it to match 16:9. Yeah, this makes sense. After reading that FC2 was "vert -," I started playing the game at 1600x1200 (4:3) instead of my native 1920x1200 (16:10). ... |

I found the settings.cfg file in ...Shared DocumentsTimeGate StudiosFEARXP-SPDemo. It was not in the Monolith Productions folder.
