Yep. It really screws up the playability of the game, since you have to click quite aways away from a structure to select it. I even tried forcing 1600x1200, and selecting a structure is still off a bit. I don't see it worth forcing widescreen in this game unless someone can find a way to fix the ...

Here's the line from my CivCityRome.GraphicsSettings.xml
Runs at 1920x1200 just fine on my machine. Did you enter the width as 1680 and height as 1050? Make sure you don't change anything in the xml file in your installation directory, only in My DocumentsCivCity Rome.

1680x1050 is my native resolution and was selectable from the options menu. However, it's not true widescreen, they cut off the top and bottom. The cut-scenes are letterboxed yet even there they didn't give true widescreen. But hey, at least I didn't have to search and hack some file to get the ...

No widescreen for me. 1600x1200 is the max resolution i can select for my 2405FPW.

Nope. Max resolution I get with my config (7900GTX SLI & 2405FPW) is 1680*1050. Forcing it in the INI file doesn't work either. I just switched back to 1600*1200 ...
