| I cant get my new Profile to run at 1280 * 1024, funny thing is though, that Iv been here before and accomplished this. Probably close to a year ago I was able to do this with my main profile. I have a Gforce 5500 FX , with drivers I think, 78.11 or something close to that, will updateing to the latest drivers give me the
( properties/advanced/Geforce 5500/ flat panel display ) option ?
can anyone tell me if I can aquire these options on my current video card? |

| ohh ok, I get it so then If I did the mod to play at 1280 * 1024 then there would be some stretching or scaleing or some other consequence or no? looks like that other guys question is very similar, if not the same as mine
its all about avoiding LCD Scaleing, wich makes games ugly, bad enough the large pixel pitch makes things look grainy, especially at distance

well, I assumed that the black bars would be at the top/bottom of the screen, since my monitors Native Res is 1280*1024 and the game has max res of 1280 * 960
otherwize, yes I want the black bars, unless there is a way to make the game display 1280 * 1024 "without scaleing" |
