BTW, this game manages to feats: It looks like doodoo when moving with everything maxed out, and it's choppy as hell on my rig (a64x2 4600+, 7800 GTX, 2GB of RAM, two Raptors on RAID0... the works)

Why would anyone BS anyone else in this forum? Your target box should look like this:


"R:gamesEA SPORTSFIFA 06FIFA06.exe" resolution=1680x1050x32

Of course, the path is different for you but it ends the same way.

1. Make a shortcut for the game
2. right click said shortcut, go to properties
3. in the target box, after everything that is already written in there, type resolution=1680x1050x32 or whatever resolution you want
4. ????????
5. PROFIT!

I went and tried that and it works! Thanks Paddy. I had to turn off AA in the game and enable it in the control panel. :)

Yeah, let's say I'm test driving it. Actually, I'm not anymore anyway, I'm sick of it. This isn't as good as Pro Evolution Soccer for me to put up with its crap, quite frankly.

Very close guys, it corrupts my whole screen pretty 99% of the time. Nice try though, and maybe this works for other games as well. Also, it seems to me texture quality is that of 800x600 graphics, so everything looks kinda flat. That'd be fine, but the corruption causes me not to be able to see the ...
