I do not see the settings folder in the mods folder. I only have a cache folder. Is there something I need to change in game in order to get the settings folder?

you have to change it where you installed the game, not in the my documents bf2 demo folder..

no solution yet... i just crank the AA up :/ looks ok stretched

maybe a setting in the monitor menus.. something to do with aspect ratio?

is all i needed to change

since it is still in development, maybe you should ask the developers to support it natively

then again, having only 800x600 support really makes it doubtful they would add it

usually cracked exe refers to a program executable that has been modified so that the copy-protection (CD check) is bypassed.. which should be legal if you legitimatly own the game. Personally I crack every game I own because swapping CDs all the time is annoying.
