The patcher jackfuste made is no longer working and makes the game crash on startup. I've also spent a lot of time fooling with hex editing and cheat engine to no avail. The black bars are still there on anything but 16x9.

I was wondering if anyone had a fix for the latest update or if anyone could make a patcher? Here is the latest game exe file:
