Max Payne 3 Bug with the Machete guy

Does anybody else have the bug where you're supposed to beat this dude with a machete during a Quick Time Event? My game doesn't respond when i'm supposed to press the second time. It's really annoying. And since it's so far into the game i don't feel like reinstalling the game just to see if it works better this time. It's not that fun of a game...
