sekiro shadows die twice keeps crashing after 5-10mins of gameplay.

system specs

intel i7
intel hd graphics 4400
8gb ram
windows 8.1 pro

decent fps on low settings but it just keeps crashing with event viewer error "graphics driver just crashed and recovered".
tried changing TDR level,delay etc registry entries
event viewer error "application blocked from accessing hardware".

This is the wrong web site to be asking question related to games not working, please use the official developer or publisher channels to report issues with a game. Google and stream is also going to be a better option, but you might try these as well:
