make sure FC_m64.dll doesn't applied to "read-only" before patch

or you can manual fix , Here how to

Open Program HxD > Click File and Open FC_m64.dll
Ctrl+F > Click "Hex Values" > Click Search Direction "All" > Write 04 F3 0F 5E CA 8B 7E 78
Replace Value With 04 0F 1F 40 00 8B 7E 78
Save and play

Sorry if I ask, are you also able to find a fix for the FoV that is locked at 60? (nvidia surround)
