Can anyone please help us convert this game to ultra wide? Currently it is 16:9 only with black barred gameplay and cutscenes. The past God Eater 2 was fixed with hex edits, although i had no luck trying those same hex edits on this new one. Willing to donate to anyone who can help convert to 3440 x 1440 or 3840 x 1600. Thank you!

Your fix renders the game in 21:9 but the UI is displayed incorrectly. I got about this far trying to fix the game and then gave up for the night.

that's amazing how you can edit and make it work even though you don't have the game!

Can you make it render at 2560 x 1440 (downsampling to 1080p) ? DSR is not working for me , only this game , it works fine with ger/ge2

Following for more info on a fix for this one

You can use the attached cheat engine table:
1) Change in game resolution to 3440x1440
2) Change all listed resolutions in CE to 3440 1440
3) Change aspect ratio pointer value to 2.388888891

This will make 3d scenes proper resolution and aspect ratio.
The 2D menus will be properly positioned, but stretched to fit.
Other resolutions seem like they would work but are untested.

I haven't tested that, but it should probably work...
Set the in game resolution to 1920x1080 with borderless windowed, then follow the steps substituting 2560, 1080 and aspect ratio value 2.377777781 instead.

Yes it works. I made a raw trainer to activate it. Just open the game, then the trainer and press CTRL + NUMPAD1.

EDIT: I ADDED A NEW VERSION.

Think it will work with multiplayer? Or should i use it only in single player? But i'll give it a shot anyway

I was able to do assault mission with no problems. Just close the trainer after you activate it, it should be fine.

Looks like the value referenced by the aspect ratio pointer isn't getting set properly.

I tried the CE version and i could not set the aspect ratio pointer and it just kept ??

Looks like the reference dropped. Maybe I selected a bogus one. Seems to fix itself on my machine during res changes though... try this:
1) Keep CE open
2) Go into game's graphics options
3) Change the resolution to anything else
4) Change it back again
5) Switch back to CE
6) Check to see if the pointer reference is re-established (should show 1.777777791)

Nope, Still shows ?? and i've tried every resolution, I also tried changing to fullscreen or windowed but none of them fixed the pointer value. Maybe my game is just defective
