Joined the forums just to request this, wondering if anyone has the time to create a fix or if its possible!

the game is using the same engine as Dynasty Warriors 8, anyone knows how to force resolution?

Sadly, I was able to force things only in a quite dirty way.

You can check what I use to make it work, CheatEngine + Windowed Borderless Gaming.
Honestly, it's all very sad and I don't like this way myself, but that's the only way I know, so if you really want to try it out, there you go.


So basically what you can do:
1. In WO4 change fullscreen to window mode.
2. Download and Open the Cheat Engine table from Google Drive I shared.
3. Choose WO4.exe in Cheat Engine's process list, Open it.
4. Change the value of already existing Pointer to 26 B4 17 40 and enable "Active" box. (you can see the screenshot @ Imgur link)
5. To enable Borderless Fullscreen, you have to use Windowed Borderless Gaming program, I'll attach the link down there.

thanks, hopefully there is a better solution...

Not a fan of using cheat engine to be honest. Would rather have an easier fix but if it's too much work then thats just how it has to be
