Over the hedge widescreen

I have an issue with an Activision game (Over The Hedge), which as a max resolution of 1280x1024. I'd like to have a 1920x1080 one.

I found a resolution fix via hex edit: Select 800 x 600 in Game resolution. Now open the EXE in the hex editor.
Go to Offset 187C10 look for
20 03 00 00 C7 41 50
58 02 and change it to
80 07 00 00 C7 41 50
38 04 
but i couldnt find the aspect ratio
so its stretched.

I am using the german version, it doesn´t start, when replaced and when I use the widescreen patcher, it finds the game, but options for creating resolution are greyed out.
How can I fix this. Really want to play that game again. Reminds me of my childhood.
