Is there any chance for a fix?

Game does not support any 21:9 resolution. It supports 4k 16:9. When you choose any non 21:9 resolution, the window stretches the screen to fit the 21:9 resolution of the monitor.

To avoid stretching go to the nVidia control panel. Then to the "adjust desktop size and position" section. Select aspect ratio scaling and tell it to perform scaling on the GPU and not the display and tell it to override the scaling mode set by programs. But then you will end up with "the black bars of doom".

Yes can we PLEASE get a fix for Nioh on PC? They say no plans to ever support it.

Joined the forums just to request this. Can't believe a game with such high system requirements lacks support.

At least they are NOT using denuvo on NIOH. That give us some hope.

Another poor development team decision.

I am hoping that this fantastic community can come up with a fix for this.

21:9 3440x1440 fix

Havn't tested fully. Set game to Fullscreen 2560x1440 in the launcher.

Can't capture a screenshot in 21:9 because of nvidia screenshot nonesense but it appears to be fixed

I must be doing something wrong because my image is just stretched still.

Nioh Aspect Ratio Patcher
This patcher edits the pixel aspect ratio in-game.


[Instructions]
1. Run the Patcher
2. Enter your aspect ratio or full resolution (Only affects pixel aspect ratio)
3. Set the game's resolution as high as you can.(Optional)
4. Run the game.



It does not change the resolution. FOV seems to scale with the aspect ratio.

For resolutions other than 21:9
The fix seems to be:
1. Apply StalkerUKCG's fixed .exe to your game folder.
2. Download the patcher:

3. Apply the patch.
4. Enjoy the game!

So, if I use this Aspect Ratio Patcher on my 2560 x 1080 monitor...set up the resolution on launcher to 1440p for example, it's done?
