Can't move active windows

I have my three monitors arranged and everything looks good, but when I go to move an active window it maximizes.I can't drag and drop them anywhere. I get a green border around the whole group with the number 1 on my center monitor. I can't figure out how to fix it. Please help.

If it's important: I have 20,24,20 Radeon HD7700. Win7 Pro.
