Switching Surround on/off?

Hello all!
My current setup is 3x 1920x1080 27" monitors and while I like to fly my flight sims on the bezel-corrected 5760x1080, I cannot "work" on my PC with Surround on. So I am constantly switching between turning Surround on to play my sims and turnint it off for regular PC use or playing other non-widescreen games. Is there an easier solution to this? I also have to set up my Surround settings (bezel correction, monitor placement) each time I turn Surround on and it's getting to be a pain.
One of my friends made me aware of Display Fusion which had "features" that basically meant I could stay in Surround mode all the time and the program would "detect" my monitor limits and I would be able to maximize a program/browser on a per-monitor basis and not the entire Surround resolution. However, I wasn't sure if that was the program I was looking for or if there were others so I just tried it during the demo period. Are there any programs or tricks that could help me out?
Any help greatly appreciated!! Thanks!
