Xenoverse 2 is locked to 16:9 no matter your resolution, heres a fix for 3440 x 1440

Fix available from the PC Gaming Wiki Community Files (search there)

Hi, this fix only works for 21:9. On my nVidia Surround setup, half of my side displays are cut off. Would you be able to make a fix for 5760x1200?

But my resolution is 1280x1024 of aspect ratio = 5: 4, you could do it with 5: 4 I would appreciate it a lot thanks.

It seems like the latest patch broke the file.

Game wont launch anymore

Hi, Since the last update my games no longer accept the file Xgcore.ddl, with its file it does not start totally not ... You would have a solution? ^^

"Mini-guide" for the updated version.

Locate your "xgcore.dll". Make a copy of it just in case and open it in your favourite HEX editor.
Then search in the hex editor for the hex values: 39 8E E3 3F
And replace them with the values for your desired aspect ratio, for example: CD CC CC 3F (16:10) or 26 B4 17 40 (21:9, 2560x1080).
I did it with my updated game (1.10.02) and there were a total of 5 values to find and replace.

The very first table is the one you need.

How would i edit the Hex Values for making it 3840x1024? (its my physical and native resolution on my monitor setup), its been roughly 6+ years since ive done any hex editing
(according to a aspect ration calculator site, my aspect ratio is apparently a 15:4, but ive no idea how accurate that is)

Tried that exactly as you said, but didn't work.

I get an error in HxD that says the HEX value of "39 8E 8E 3F" couldn't be found. And if I try your uploaded files I get a windows error that says "The applications was unable to start correctly."

Does anyone has any other solution to this problem please?

Terribly sorry I wrote down the wrong value in my original post. Not sure how that happened, the right value is 39 8E E3 3F
I have edited my original post too.
Just in case somebody needs these, here are the updated files for the last version 1.12 (2nd rev. update from the 20th) (There were 2 consecutive updates to the game).
