Fallout 4 on GTX1080 Unplayable

I have a GTX 1080 and I'm playing on triple monitors with Nvidia surround. (Resolution of 5760x1080) I'm also using Flawless Widescreen to make the game behave properly on triple monitors.

Things were working just fine and then I updated my Geforce Experience app and my drivers. After that I was getting only 10-11fps. (I had been running at 50-60fps before) I then tried disabling the windowed and borderless. That made the game not display at all. I then re-enabled it and still no display that I can see. I have changed resolution to 1920x1080 and not used Flawless Widescreen and still the display is not usable. It looks like the screen is tearing and you can't make out anything.

Any help anyone can give me on how to troubleshoot this will be GREATLY appreciated!

OK, I feel like a bit of a moron here!

I was messing around trying to fix a low framerate problem and when I went back to my triple wide setting I mistakenly set it to 1080x5760 instead of the other way around.
