Has anyone bought the game and could tell us if it supports ultra-wide?

I've just started playing it and unfortunately it doesn't appear to.

does anyone know where to find the .exe for recore so I can attempt a hex edit?!

nevermind, found where the .exe was, still can not, for the life of me, get to edit it.
it just will not allow me to do anything to it, apparently I do not have permission to fix a program on my computer.
God this new windows games crap is killing me. I hate it.

It's a Windows Universal app, with the Play Anywhere feature.
They're somwhow protected. No modifications allowed.

So yeah, best tipp. Don't buy it but still complain to microsoft.

Apologies for necroposting, but the Definitive Edition of Recore (an 18gb patch for PC) released 8/29/17 now supports 21:9 resolutions. I am playing in 3440x1440 fine. And it only took them a year from the original release to make it happen...errrr. Not sure about the fov at this ratio (since it can't be changed)--Joule's legs look like they are cut off some (from the shins down) in static screens, but maybe that's how it always was? Anyway, this is probably all we're going to get at this point.
