triple display cant eyefinity R9 270X

hi i have a R9 270x and want to eyefinity with 2 23" panels on the side and a 21" in the center

the issue im having it that only the 2 of the monitors will work the third is always disabled.

the 2 23" panels are using hdmi with the left using a passive hdmi to dp adapter and the right screen using regular hdmi. the 21" in the middle is using dvi
they all support 1080p i domt see why it wont work
any help is greatly apreciated
