Fallout New Vegas - Terminal Troubles

Hi,
I made all of the tweaks listed in the Fallout NV game page but I'm still having issues with text on terminals.
The text for me extends below the bottom of the terminal screen. This is not a huge issue for most things, but it makes hacking impossible.
Anyone have any suggestions?
