Does anyone think a LG Model: 55EC9300 OLED tv will be a good gaming monitor?? I can't find a refresh rate one says 60 another 100 and 120 and finally 240?

a Television always uses Frame Interpolation when showing high hz refresh rates.
If you switch from 60hz to 100hz it will create in between frames, to do that it needs the first and second frame to create a 1.3 and 1.6 frame. This will create a huge input lag of at least 2 frames!
Whenn gaming on Televisions always make sure to activate "Gaming Mode" which deactivates the frame interpolation.
