Hello.
I am writing to ask if it is possible to connect 5 monitors up to two cards without the use of R9 270 DP MST Hub in Eyefinity mode

IIRC if you activate Crossfire all monitors must be connected to one GPU.
And I'm not sure if you can use eyefinity 5x1P with monitors connected to two cards
