Eye strain?

Recently I have been having tension headaches and my eyes have also been aching. Has this happened to anyone else after gaming on three monitors? If so, how did you deal with it?

No problem at all!
I only get eyestrain if I play single Monitor with a very low FoV

Never gotten eye strain on triple screen. But a bad fov can cause it

How close are you sitting to the monitor? Also, when I get eye strain, one of the big culprits is brightness of the monitor. Another thing I try to avoid is long sessions at the screen.
I've never used them, but I wonder how the Gunnar glasses would help. Anyone ever use them?
