Nvidia "G-Sync" possible with triple monitors?

http://www.geforce.com/hardware/technology/g-sync/technologyI'm looking to get 3 ASUS VG248QE monitors since they support the new Nvidia G-Sync technology. I just want to be sure that running 3 monitors in Surround will be supported. Anyone have any idea yet?
Can't wait for some G-Sync!

Given that it is an Nvidia tech, I would be surprised if they did not support Surround display with 3 of those.

The fact it's NVIDIA tech is a little concerning, I really don't want to get into the position where AMD release something similar, and then monitor manufactures only support one of them, or that monitors with both are extremely expensive, so you would only be able to use graphics cards that match the tech in the monitor.

Jacob over at EVGA told me that daisy chaining is not supported

So my only hope is that 3-way SLI will work.

" Using DisplayPort connectors may require the use of DisplayPort to Dual-link DVI adapters."

Hopefully. A tad expensive for an adapter but still cheaper than another GTX Titan

There seems to be some disagreement on this topic.
A.) DP hubs do not work
B.) DVI-D isn't strong enough for 1440p @ 144hz (doesn't really pertain)
C.) ASUS claims that it works on their Swift FAQ. D.) ASUS claims it REQUIRES TRI-SLI, one DP to each monitorJosh@NVIDIA
Gysnc surround is not supported at the moment with Tri SLI setups, but its definitely something we are working on to get supported asap

How do I setup Surround Gaming [for 3x PG278Q in triple monitor setup]?
“My graphics card only has 1 DP: can I convert DVI/HDMI to DP?”
Currently to enable surround [triple monitor] G-Sync you will need 3 GPUs in triple SLI configuration.
DVI-DL does not have the bandwidth to support 2560 x 1440 at 144 Hz.
We do not recommend using an HDMI to DP adapter as this is not qualified or supported in Nvidia drivers.
DP daisy chaining is also not supported – a single WQHD, 144Hz G-Sync monitor needs all the bandwidth available on DP1.2 that a second monitor is not possible.

But does this mean G-Sync isn't supported with ALL Surround setups? How about regular dual SLI? Quad? Single card?
