Hi guys,

If you've seen the AMD LiveStream from GPU#14 on 25th 09.2013 you will already know about Lichdom.
A Game for Mages! The style looks kinda similar to Skyrim ( It is in CryEngine 3 though) but the Gameplay is Magic only. And you will have more than 1'000'000 spell combinations!

here is the anouncement Trailer:

so on the Tech day they had one right with a 4K Monitor and another rig running Eyefinity:

You can see them in Action in this Video.

IMHO the Game looks great! If they manage to implement a usefull combat system that makes magic awesome, this will be a wonderfull game.
I really liked magicka but the iso perspective got on my nerves after a while, i prefer FPS or third person.
On the other hand Skyrim really managed to piss me off on their small spell choice. Am i a magican or a pocket trickster ?....
looking forward to that game.

greets

Haldi

Not perfect, although the FOV-Slider is already maxed:

But I´m sure they are making it.

Nice - check out the thread again, just updated - you can edit the FOV further in the config and get a better view. Still cant adjust the hand scale though.

So the game has been out for a while, but it seems that nVidia Surround users aren't getting a fully functioning HUD. It does work for the most part, but some elements, like the character select screen, don't work correctly. Also, I had to add a line to the configuration file in order for the in-game aspect ratio to be scaled right.

On top of all that, the frame rate is really bad! I'm running two GTX 780's with an i7 3770k, and it seems that the game likes to hover slightly above 30 FPS. Not to mention that there's no SLI, and I just had to use the Crysis 3 SLI profile for it to even work in the first place!
