Eyefinity in WOW HELP!!

Hey there i have been running eyefinity on my 3 AOC 22 inch monitors playing WOW.. Since i downloaded the latest patch i cant figure out how to use it again can anyone help?

Switch to windowed (fullscreen) and select the lowest available resolution from the drop down. This should set the game resolution the same as the desktop.
