WRC 3 in Triplewide

Just a heads up, me and EC Sim Hardware have teamed up and released a plugin that allows proper triplescreen support among other fixes.
Other than the triplewide fix, here is the list of other things it does:
dead-zone removal (raw input)
multiple controller support with filtering
clutch and h-shifter support
camera control is built in
option to disable auto-respawn
