Problem with Flawless Widescreen

Currently seem to be having a bit of trouble with Flawless, it doesnt seem to work if you set it to automatic detection, so as a result I used the override detection (5760 * 1080) and while it did change it to this resolution it did it on the middle screen only, the side monitors remained blank.
The problem is probably sourced around the fact it doesnt auto detect my setup.
Has anyone else seen this (and hopefully over come it) ? I am using a GTX 670
