I have a Matrox TripleHead2Go Digital Edition and I've used it in the past as a "normal" triple landscape and it worked fine, I just got the idea to try to run it in a Portrait Landscape Portrait mode but I can't seem to figure out how. Is it even possible, and if so, how?

It's not possible. Currently the only solutions are to use windowed mode and/or SoftTH.
