Imagine if you will, playing

Imagine if you will, playing on a 16:9 aspect ratio a 1920x1080 screen, and then cropping off the top and bottom 1/3 of the image off and stretching it out by 3x, that's what vertical minus does, and is why horizontal plus is better. Plus from a view standpoint it makes more sense, as your screen gets wider and more into your peripheral vision, you expect to see more to the left and right, which is what horizontal plus does. I shall find you some examples.
Watch this from start to finish, it should give you an idea of the difference and what I'm talking about, and if you then apply that into games you've played at 16:9 or 16:10, you can see why this might quickly become an issue in other games as well, other then the fact the FoV is just wrong for the eye.

And anamorfic?
Anamorphic behaves one of two ways, basically the default aspect ratio is 16:9, if the aspect ratio is smaller then 16:9 ie 16:10 or 4:3 it'll ether render 16:9 letter box, or render vertical plus from 16:9. However if the aspect ratio is wider then it'll render horizontal plus.

I use 30 inch monitor (2560x1600) and a person on a forum that many ppl call a troll says that in near future all pc games on 16:10 monitor will be letterboxed. Is this true or is hor+ the best scaling method for pc games even in the future?

16:10 monitors aren't going anywhere any time soon because they are far better for productivity, that said most games are ether horizontal plus or vertical minus, very very few are anamorphic. You won't see many games letter boxing 16:10, if they did, there is still a large number of people running 16:10 monitors that would complain about it. In fact the last couple of years finding a 16:10 monitor was getting harder, however more recently there appear to be more of them about.
