This. I'd hazard a guess that the OP's miniDP adapter don't work. I have one of those Apple miniDP->DVI unpowered adapters and I couldn't get it to work on my system.
Same Issue here V12.3 and Eyefinity

Im having issues which (may or may not be related to the OPs issues.) Win 7(64) with an xfx 5870 eyefinity 6. I had quite the issues getting this card to run 6 projectors the last year but finally managed to get it working with CCC 11.~6?? ish. Just installed 12.3 which then cooked my settings. when I go to reapply eyefinity mode the projectors loose signal and just sit there till i restart at which point it defaults back to normal extended desktop mode....
Is this an issue anyone else has had? suggestions??? when I installed I uninstalled, rebooted, and installed, rebooted and then tried it...
thanks

I had all sorts of hell with 12.2 until I ran DriverSweeper, uninstalled the .NET4 framework and re-installed, then re-installed 12.2 drivers. It was a pain in the butt.

I run 12.2 with out issue, and I was running 12.1 previous. I have recently faced a DP failure on my card so I am no longer running eyefinity, btu it worked flawlessly until then. The card is about to be replaced with a new MSI 7970 Lightning so I will RMA it after, and then sell it, that way im not down any length of time.
I've had to stay on 12.1

I've had to stay on 12.1 because both the 12.2 preview and release versions caused BSoDs during my PC's normal operation. Afterwards, my Eyefinity display group would be disabled and all monitors would mirror my primary monitor.
I've had BSoDs in the past when updating my AMD drivers. But, they almost always occurred as part of the driver install if I neglected to use Driver Sweeper, not after the install had appeared to be successful as was the case with 12.2.
My normal process for updating AMD drivers goes like this:
1. Uninstall all Catalyst Control Center related files using Windows 7 Programs and Features from the Control Panel
2. Uninstall display device drivers from Device Manager
3. Reboot Windows in safe mode
4. Run Driver Sweeper to remove any remaining AMD files
5. Reboot
6. Install new drivers
7. Reboot
8. Configure Eyefinity/Catalyst Control Panel settings
Following these steps, the 12.2 drivers appeared to install correctly and I was able to configure my Eyefinity display group and game at 6048x1080 but I later starting having BSoDs a couple of hours apart. Reverting to 12.1 appears to have resolved the issue for me, at least for now.
Hey phemassa, what exactly happens when you try to enable Eyefinity? Does the Catalyst Control Center allow you to run Eyefinity on your desktop but not in games or can you not run Eyefinity at all?
I made the switch from 11.9

I made the switch from 11.9 to 12.2 and was having several bluescreens per hour in normal 2d mode.
The settings also got fried, had to recreate the eyefinity group and save new profiles.
Uninstalling 12.2 and installing 12.1 didn't help, the bluescreens stayed.
I haven't used DriverSweeper though as I never had problems with upgrading drivers on my ATI cards.
Reverted back to 11.9 for now, might try to reinstall with DriverSweeper
I could not get 12.2 to work

I could not get 12.2 to work properly without using DriverSweeper. I also had to uninstall and re-installed .NET Framework 4 from memory. DriverSweeper is super fast and easy, I highly recommend it.
