Multi monitor & Rfactor

Hi Guys.
I'm here again beacouse i have to change my computer and i need informations about multi monitor.

I play whit rfactor... and i'm waiting rfactor2, now:
I have to choose:
- which graphics card buy (amd 6970?) and what video outputs (dp hdmi?)
- The Eyefinity tecnology is good for rfactor?
- which monitor? i need monitor whit vesa and little frame (?)
