Was resolved, it should just install a new Nvidia driver 285.62.
So if someone just does not work RAGE normally let only install Update and new drivers 285.62 and that's it.
In resolution 6040 x 1080, vsinc on, all high, 8x AA = 60 FPS
------------------------------------- 16x AA = 35 FPS

glad you got it working, i never even noticed the issue as i moved to those drivers when they were beta pretty early.

you mentioned 16aa, do you get mouse lag running rage with lots of AA, cause i seem to get quite a bit and its really annoying
