I can't find the FEAR 3 config file. Looked everywhere I could think of. FEAR 3 doesn't seem to support Eyefinity natively. Can you point me in the right direction please?

I don't think this thread is for F.3.A.R. but close enough :D
I'm in the same boat. I want to see this game on all 3 screens. Boggles me how any new releases don't support it natively :doh

Why are you looking for config file, it should have native support for eyefinity just like Fear 1 and 2

You'd think so, but no. They've just given us a straight-up console port. Xbox doesn't use 3 screens so it's not in the game. Unless you like Vert-

They might patch it in later, like they did with FEAR2. FEAR 2 was anamorphic only early on. Patch 1.05 (or something) allowed correct triplewide.

Triple screen support is official
now:
Issues addressed in this version:
* Stuttering and jerky movement at frame rates above 30 fps is fixed!
* Steam voice communication "push-to-talk" option is now fully supported.
* 4-player voice chat should no longer have audio drop-outs.
* A rare bug that would cause enemies to stop spawning in Contractions is now fixed.
* The game will now prefer Steam cloud storage over local file system storage.
* Network connection reliability has been improved.
* Support for wider than 16x9 aspect ratio displays has been added to support users with non-standard display devices and spanned multi-monitor displays like AMD Eyefinity and NVIDIA Surround.
* An "options.cfg" file has been added to the F.E.A.R. 3 install directory for advanced user customization and troubleshooting. Included in this file are options to extend the FOV on narrow aspect ratio displays, reduce or remove motion blur, and to override driver-default settings for full-screen refresh rate, overscan, letterboxing, etc.
Time to buy the game, I guess it will be on my Steam games list in the next few days.

I've tried messing with the config file but still can't get a res higher than 1920 x 1080. It first showed up as 'Copy of options.cfg' and I changed it to options.cfg but still no luck :(

So no joy still with a working nvidia surround config? I'm ready to pull the trigger on this game if they patched it to work with surround.

You don't need to edit anything guys, just make sure the game is set up to autoupdate on Steam. The latest patch adds native triple screen support.

Works with 5760 x 1080 with my nvidia surround, but my bezel adjusted 5936 x 1080 isnt there.
Still looks great tho, also the hud is in the centre screen which is good :)
3D vision is a mess, have to play it in 2D.
