Temporarly using one monitor

Is there a way, via the Matrox Power Desk utility, to have one of my programs (specifically a game) run on just my center monitor rather than all three monitors? I can accomplish this by re-routing my video cables temporarily, but this requires me to disconnect two of my video cables and reroute when I want to play this game, and then re-route them again when I want to restore the 3 monitor setup.

If I could accomplish this through the software, it would be much easier, and faster. Thanks.

You can create a hot-key to go between three screens and one screen, play your game, and hot key back to three screens. You can even choose which screen. No unplugging cables.

Here is something I wrote up a while ago on the issue, hope it still works enough for you to follow it:
