Unable to rotate monitors into portrait after a reboot

I upgraded from cat 11.3 to 11.5 a week or two ago. I didn't reboot (since it didn't ask). I had my three monitors in a 3x1 portrait configuration. After finally rebooting last night, the monitors were in landscape again, the main monitor was 800x600 and the two side monitors were disabled. After fixing the resolution of the main monitor, I tried to rotate them back into portrait however the option to rotate was greyed out. I tried rebooting again and reinstalling 11.5 but neither of those worked.

I remember having this problem ages ago but I don't know how I fixed it. Any ideas?

If I unplug my displayport monitor, I am able to rotate the other two DVI displays into portrait but the moment I plug it back in, the rotate option stops working.
