DP only working when in crossfire

So I have a 5750 and to get my display port to work I have to be in a crossfire setup. If I'm only using 1 card the display port will get no signal. Sapphire says I need to RMA the card but I don't think thats the problem because ANY card in my system will not let the display port work.

Just installed fresh copy of windows 7 x64, using the 11.5 drivers.

fixed by updating to 11.5b drivers.
