Help only can select 2x1 not 3x1 ati 6870

hi i just both the ati 6870
and 2 active converter (mini-dp)
i install the display driver that cam whit the card then i only can select 2x1
so i went to ati.com download the newst driver 11.3 when the driver installed my schreens turn black
and did't come,
when i restat pc and only use a dvi prot screen works fine when i plug in a mini-dp converter my screen turn black agian.
can i put the screens on 2x2 with the old driver ?
looks that that driver is the only one that works with my mitsubishi 56p-qflcu
