Best configuration for Toxic 6850?

So i have the Sapphire Toxic 6850 on the way from newegg. The card has 2xDVI, HDMI, and 2x mini display port. I am wondering the best way to run 3 monitors. My monitors are not native display port monitors so i will have to use an adapter somewhere.

^^Will this adapter still work with the provided mini DP to DP adapter? mini DP to DP > Active DP to DVI? Or, will i have to use some other configuration?
