Multi monitor + a fourth 10 inch monitor

I have been thinking if it is possible to use a multi monitor (3) setup (eyefinity, which I don't have at the moment) with a fourth monitor. The fourth monitor has to be a small 10 inch monitor for rDisplay, takatec etc... .
So, I have been wondering if it is possible to play surround and have a small monitor which shows, independently from the 3 monitors, the rDisplay or takatec.
Do I need a second video card to make this possible?

It depends on what multi-monitor solution you use. If you get an Eyefinity 6 card, you can do this quite easily off of one card. If you get a 5850 or regular 5870, you would need a second card to make this happen.

Thanks for the help.
Now I need to buy an Eyefinity 6 card. My motherboard has only one PCI-E slot.

does your motherboard have good old pci slots?
a pci card would probably suffice in displaying some 2d stuff on a 10"
there are also digital photoframes ranging from 7-10" which can be used as an usb display which expand your options

Is it possible to use a small ( 7 to 10 inch) USB monitor as a fourth monitor for displaying the Takatec or rDisplay in racegames while gaming on a multi monitor setup?

Can digital photoframes show moving graphics like the rDisplay or the TakaTec?
