Ordered ergotech triple monitor stand, but no stock.

Hi there, could anyone vouch for the company below (UK distributor) as I ordered and paid for the above stand and then received an email to state 'no stock, should be in any day now'. I am always dubious when this sort of thing happens.

I work for Ergotech and I know it's 100% biased but I vouch for the company! :D
MBS will be receiving their latest shipment of product on Wednesday of this week - we've had a great response in Europe!
