I was going to make a post similar to this, but apparently its only OK to post videos containing Through The Fire And The Flames if the video game is Guitar Hero.

I'm mad that this is game is Vert- and it's 16:10 Native. Surround also does work, and these vids are cool btw.

They've recently patched in resolution changing into the options, although it is only full screen as desktop res or windowed at the res of your choosing, still its better then nothing.
I am partly working on another video, a 9 minute track I will not name at this time, think I made ether 60 or 70% on it on insane, not been able to beat it yet, I probably would of done by now if I've not been spending all my time on Monster Hunter Tri.

This wasn't the track I was working on, this was a product of some nostalgia.

Just got beat hazard, took me a while to get the 4million needed to do the steam treasure hunting achievement but got it.
Not a big fan of the aiming system, I prefer traditional shmups but its a fun game, and it only gets more fun for now as I get used to it.
I think I found a new way pass time when I cant decide if I want to listen to music or play a game :D
Hard to see enemy shots sometimes :/

I got one more just up, and two more coming this weekend, all are summery type songs, or at least I think they are summery songs. I uploaded it at 1680x1050@30FPS, but if original resolution doesn't appear, I'll record the next two at 1280x720 @ ether 50 or 60 FPS.
For those of you not keeping up with gaming news (or specifically with Beat Hazards news) the expansion pack is coming out on the 27th.

Here is number two of three.
Edit:
And here is number 3, I swear suicidal difficulty loves to spawn 100 mobs right when the track is ending and you have little to no firepower, oh well.

How can you get it to work in surround mode? I've been trying and could not.

Set the surround resolution as you desktop resolution, play game. The game is VERT-, so you're going to missing a lot of screen.

Oh good point, that's not so good then. Haha. Forget that then! Is the game always going to look the same regardless of resolution? Like if it's at 1920x1200 or 1280x800, it will still look the same, just smaller? I'm curious if it shrinks or grows the visible firing area or not.

Thats not the case, its not vert- its just squashes the vertical playing field down while keeping all the objects to scale. So you still have the whole playing field, its just crushed vertically.

Meaning it'll be extremely wide, but just not as tall? Or really, just as tall as it normally is?
I guess I'm a bit confused here. Maybe I should try it out on my own. How is this possible to try?

The gameplay acts as if the game was stretched but the graphics render to scale, you can tell this by trying to fly up and down, you move upward very slowly compared to moving left and right, so effectively the whole playing field is still there its just stretched to fit the screen. Regardless its still unplayable at that resolution but really moaning about lack of multi monitor support in a game like Beat Hazard is just silly in my opinion.

Ok, how will I do this on my own? I want to try and see what you're talking about :).
