5970 running 2 GPU's eyefinity benchmarks

Hi all

Just wanted to know for all you 5970 users I would like to know if games such as Crysis are playable on eyefinity using both GPU's. I would like to run it at 3x1080 high no AA. If anybody tried this I would like to know how much frames per second you guys are getting.

I haven't been able to run any 5970 benchmarks yet. You can see what I got in Far Cry 2 on my 5870 on 3x1920x1200 by clicking the benchmark link on the left side. I actually do a full array of quality/AA analysis so you can find High with 0xAA. With the 10.2 drivers, CrossFireX should run for all games, though I'm not sure the boost for Far Cry.

3 x Dell 2209wa and 5970+5870 @ 900-1225, i7 @ 4Ghz.

For a start trifire don't work with eyefinity is just a total mess with slideshow framerates.

Secondly Crysis Warhead is unplayable at enthuisiast settings with 5970 @ 900-1225 and 5040x1050 res...game is a stuttery, sluggy slideshow. So basically single 5970 isn't enough to run this game with max setting and eyefinity.

And just a fyi AVP3 doesn't work with trifire (actually NOTHING does :roll: ) and with just single 5970-eyefinity game has MASSIVE slowdowns/stutters/lags to single digit fps randomly....so it's basically stuffed in eyefinity as well.

I play at 3x1680x1050 with my 5970 and a i7 920 at 4.1. It is playable at enthusist settings with shaders on next lower settings. Only played for 20 minutes though>
